Love this store! I recently ordered a calming bed and dog drying towel from Monte & Co. I loved everything about this experience. Their website is nice. They had the product despatched within 24 hours. There was a hiccup with the courier and you know how I found out? MonteandCo contacted me to let me know and ensure me they were chasing the courier. I didn't need to chase anyone, they were on it! Wow! Just wow! The products came with a beautiful handwritten introduction note and a little treat. Our puppy just loves the bed, it's exactly what we were hoping for. I cannot speak highly enough about what a great ordering experience this was!

Celine has demonstrated outstanding customer service and was very accommodating to us. We ordered a pet travel bag that arrived all wrapped up but upon opening discovered a mark which was no fault of Monte & Co. We contacted Celine and she offered to replace it immediately. Would recommend buying from here.

Celine was a delight! She was very friendly and accommodating. I bought two sets of boots for my fur babies for different (practical) reasons. I'm hoping they serve their purpose, which I'm sure they will. My dogs are still getting used to wearing them, but I'm sure they'll eventually love them! The boots look cool and feels sturdy and comfy. The extra little touches like the wee dog treats accompanied by a lovely message from Celine were such a nice gesture. ❤️ It was lovely meeting you!

As both a first time shopper and now a regular customer of Official Monte and Co I can confidently say that I have never been provided with such a genuinely wonderful, positive and professional shopping experience each and every time! I also can’t speak highly enough of the quality of products and the care taken in packing and immaculately presenting them! There’s not a single thing to fault, I will absolutely continue shopping for my fur baby here! Highly, highly, highly recommend!!

This is my first time leaving a Google review, but I wanted to express my gratitude for the above-and-beyond level of customer service and care I received from Monte & Co (as a first time customer). After placing my order, I received a phone call from Celine, who advised on a quality issue of the product (they check all of their products to ensure it's of top quality). I have never once received a phone call from an online store, nor from the owner, so was amazed at the care given to my order. After my order had been shipped, Celine also sent me a text to let me know it was on it's way, and I received a hand-written card with the order. I raved about the customer service to my family and friends, and I genuinely highly recommend Monte & Co. Thank you so my Celine, and the Monte & Co team, Annabelle, Tom and Tilly (5 month old Golden retriever who loves her new collar)

Harvey is all set for the cooler weather adventures with his Huskimo Buller Jacket. Quality product and outstanding service. We purchased the Snooza travel bed for our dog who doesn't travel well. After trying numerous other options and nothing working, I was excited to find Monte and Co and the Snooza travel bed. It has been a game changer for our dog who is comfortable and happy in the car now. Monte and Co's were very easy to deal with, prompt service and personal attention given. The most incredible service!! Celine was one of the nicest people I’ve interacted with. She truly went above and beyond. The clothes are SUCH high quality and my dog loves them! We got the Gangsta Puffer Jacket, the All Weather Trekking Boots, the Mt Baw Baw Hoodie and the Designer ‘Trench Style’ Raincoat. My Toy Cavoodle is a size 46cm for the clothes and size S for the boots. The packaging was incredible. Thank you again for such a positive experience!
